This grant helped to sponsor the inaugural Youth Mental Health Summit, held on June 23, 2026, which brought together 220 professionals, educators, healthcare providers, researchers, students, and community leaders representing more than 90 organizations from across northern Indiana and southwest Michigan. Led by the Youth Mental Health Roundtable and coordinated by the Veldman Family Psychology Clinic, the summit featured a keynote by Dr. Jessica Schleider, eight breakout sessions, 12 research and community posters, and tours of four youth-serving organizations.
