This grant funded perinatal peer support, free perinatal counseling through the Pro Bono Counseling Project, specialized perinatal clinical training for early career Fellows, stipends for master’s level clinical interns, community education, screening, and outreach, in order to sustain access to perinatal mental health care for families in Michiana while leaving a trained perinatal workforce in place beyond the grant period.
